Limited Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please carefully
review product descriptions and specifications before completing your purchase.
General Rule: Goods once sold are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they
arrive defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products
● Reporting Window: If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact
us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate the return process.
● Eligibility for Refund or Replacement: Upon confirmation of the defect or
damage, we will offer a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
● Return Shipping: We may cover return shipping costs for defective or
damaged products.
Warranty
● Ex-UK Products: Ex-UK products carry a 6-month warranty covering defects in
materials and workmanship.
● Brand New Products: Brand new products carry a 12-month warranty covering
defects in materials and workmanship.
● Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does NOT cover:
● Hard disks
● Physical damage
● Keyboards
● Broken screens
● Memory
● BIOS
● Batteries (Battery warranty is limited to 1 month)
Important Notes
● Proof of Purchase: Please retain your proof of purchase to make warranty
claims.
● Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to returns of
defective items if the product shows signs of misuse or neglect.
● Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring products
are properly packaged and secured for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to product
listings for specific exceptions.
